Lisa has spent her entire career in various customer support, operations, and management roles in the animal health industry. Having worked for large multinational companies, she brings a working knowledge and different perspective of the industry as well as excellent customer relations to the department, where she works with veterinarians and their staff in preparing and managing Non-Adjacent paperwork as well as isolate extensions and expiration notifications. Lisa originally was drawn to the animal health industry because she loves interacting with veterinarians and their staff and appreciates the work that they do and is excited to be able to continue that relationship through a smaller, customer-focused organization. As she continues with the company, Lisa plans to assist in implementing both internal and external procedures that can simplify the Regulatory process for Cambridge customers.
